I received the clip for my Charge 5 strap band but when I installed it, it wouldn't hold the band. I then realized that there is a little tab on the spring that has to be held to one side while the clip is being installed. There is no good way to remove the clip once it is installed -so, I contacted the seller and the seller agreed to send a second clip (to replace the first). I held the little tab of the spring towards the inside during the install and now it works fine.

Item was as described, and was received in a reasonable amount of time considering it was shipped from China. After a few days, there was unfortunately a device issue that couldn't be resolved by Fitbit customer service. Seller was quick to issue a refund with an apology and no hassle.
